The Kitchen Design & Install
This project was an absolute pleasure to work on and we thank Jane for trusting us to create her dream kitchen that Jane and her family truly deserve. From the initial meeting with Jane to talk through the pre-design brief, I knew the outcome was going to be stunning. The brief consisted of dark colours, open plan living, modern and minimalistic with a high priority to be durable and practical.

After tying down the initial layout to suit the room plan, Jane and I focused on the material and colours, where I knew the ceramic door would be a winner. It fits the brief in terms of luxury and durability, plus the Graphite colour matched the brief on the original dark tones Jane was looking at; the unique colour and tactile nature of the material made it a winner.

Plus, the integrated shell handles are unique and so easy to use, adding to the ergonomics that make this kitchen so practical. Alongside the stunning finish, complimented by the Natural Walnut touches that lift the kitchen to give it the contrast it deserves to stand out. Like Jane, we are beaming with the completed finish, it never get’s old seeing our designs come to life, and to see it featured on Grand Designs again is a highlight.

In addition to the kitchen, we also designed and installed the utility and dining table, with the table being another key feature within this design. The whole design is focused on the practicality, making the Dekton table a key component due to its high impact surface, it is more commonly used as a full worktop and is one of the strongest on the market.

Overall, we at Studio 35 are extremely happy with the design and outcome of this kitchen and hope it will be enjoyed for many years to come.
