So, why is it that I just love the Bora appliances so much?
Why do I love Bora so Much?
I have one of the best jobs in the world, designing stunning kitchens on a daily basis, working with some of the world’s greatest manufacturers and their wonderful products… so why is it that Bora specifically just floats my boat?
For me, it’s the 3 simple points that I always come back to… Functionality, Simplicity and finally Style, I am a designer after all 😊.

Bora predominantly manufacture venting hobs, in fact, they invented the venting hob, an appliance that combines both your hob cooking and extraction all in one device. So, this is a start to ticking my first box, Functionality…

Quite simply put the Bora venting hobs work. They extract your cooking steam and odours at source, with no need for a separate cooker hood above your hob, leaving you with a clear zone above the hob which is especially practical on island situations where your cooking steam does not drift in front of your face while your chatting with friends and family over the island. Now there are other manufacturers with venting hob models and many of these are extremely good at what they do… I just find that the Bora products just do the job a little bit better, be it the efficiency of the extraction or the quietness when in use, everything just works so well.

Then there’s my second point, Simplicity… I love products that work and work well, but there are so many appliances in the world that while doing this also require you to have a degree in nuclear physics to understand and operate them, and that’s not for me. I want my devices and especially my kitchen appliances to work for me not the other way around, and Bora’s simplicity of use is a dream. From the simplicity of operation to the ease of cleaning and the ever-so-quick and easy way to change filters, my Bora cooking experience puts a smile on my face every time because they are so easy to use.
So, what about Style? I’m a designer and I love things that put a smile on my face, from the sleekness of a look to the touch of the material, my love of style always comes to the forefront. So you just have to look at any of the Bora products to see that style shine through, and it’s definitely not style over substance. Bora’s premium products ensure their products last the test of time and maintain their stunning looks for years to come.
