We tailor our installation service to your individual circumstances to ensure that your dream kitchen comes to life in your home. Although our flexibility and installation options are endless and bespoke to your individual needs, please find below a few of the general options available from Studio 35 in relation to installation choices;
Full Installation
We undertake the complete removal of your existing kitchen and undertake any pre-installation work including Electrical, Plumbing and Plastering.
We can install suitable floor coverings such as porcelain tiles or Amtico flooring if required, and then we progress with the kitchen installation. Our full installation service will include everything completed for you to enjoy your new luxury kitchen.
Dry-Fix
This option is great for anyone who has their own tradesmen or contractors already working within their property (ie: self-build projects or extensions to existing property). In these situations the kitchen area is normally ‘1st-fixed’ with electrics and plumbing by your contractors, and is then ready for the kitchen to be installed.
Your contractors would then connect appliances and plumbing, which would utilise tradesmen already on the project and minimise your costs. Studio 35 would always wish to discuss in detail with your contractors the requirements for your dream kitchen, ensuring you receive the perfect kitchen individually designed and installed for you.
Open Plan Living

Combining two or more rooms to become one large open plan living environment is often the dream of many of our clients and your bespoke requirements can be designed and installed by the Studio 35 team.
